Leadership

KASS principals each have more than twenty years senior management experience, and staff members at our Service Resource Center have provided administrative support since 1992. Frequent interaction with owners and office managers is an important way that we build dynamic relationships with our customers. We pride ourselves in understanding our customers’ needs and providing solutions in a timely manner. Experience makes the difference.

Kathleen T. Arink is co-founder of KASS-MSO, Inc., and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. She has more than twenty years of accounting and experience, the past ten years in physician practice management. Prior to forming KASS, Kathleen was Executive Administrative Director and Chief Financial Officer of The St. Louis Medical Group. She also has experience in banking and financial services. Kathleen is a graduate of Maryville University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Steven R. Stout is co-founder of KASS-MSO, Inc., and its Development Partner. Prior to KASS, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tenet’s Deaconess Health System; Chief Operating Officer of Tenet’s St. Louis Healthcare Market; and Vice Chairman of St. Louis University Hospital Board of Directors. Previously, he was a project manager with a Philadelphia, PA-based management consulting firm. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from St. Louis University and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University (St. Louis).
